As time has passed, I have often wanted to write to you to let you know that your expertise in selling the property provided both Inez and I with a great deal of relief.
I noticed at the time that you so often went way over what was required of you. We truly believe that if we had not had such a diligent agent working for us the property would not have been sold. Knowing the tough times that we were going through last winter, you handled the negotiations with our lender and the purchases lender with complete professionalism.

My husband was transferred out of Colorado by the Army and we had to sell our home quickly. We had tried another Realtor for several months trying to sell our home. I have worked with several realtor’s and Schlena has been by far the most professional at same time being friendly and giving honest opinions. She is always on time and will to go the extra mile. After the fourth or fifth day in a few months we had set aside to go looking, she called me and said I just found this house for you it’s a little outside the area you where looking at but it is a great deal let’s meet there after work. She put a bid in on a HUD house at 1150pm on the last day of bidding and won me the house because she was will to work that hard for me. She is like family now, she has checked up on me several times to make sure things are going well and been a big help even after I got the house.
