I’m excited to be a part of today’s Denver Real Estate Market. I love pairing people with the home of their dreams and helping Sellers get their home sold so they can move on to their next step in life. I have been a licensed agent since 2004 and have been a member of Keller Williams Realty since 2007.We are in a new market, today my Buyers are pre-approved with a lender before we head out on their home hunt and sellers are finishing all their “to-do” lists, making sure that their home stands out above the crowd.

While I see both sides needing to put in a little more effort up front to buy or sell, I am also seeing homes selling in days, buyer bidding wars and great houses getting top dollar.I strongly believe in making a commitment – I am up front and honest and do my homework. When I sit down to list a home, I have already researched the neighborhood and I know the price range in which homes are selling. I don’t set my Sellers up for disappointment down the road by giving an inflated selling price to get the listing. I also have extensive experience working with Short Sales, helping homeowners avoid foreclosure.

When Buyers contact me, our first step is getting pre-approved with a lender and I can provide several references of quality lenders that can help. Approval letters are expected with all offers these days and I work closely with the lender to make sure that when we see the right house we are ready to make and offer and not risk losing the home to another offer.
